Large outdoor picnic pad located in front of the pavilion spanning 25’x34’. It has 5 picnic tables with two umbrellas for shade. This spot can hold 40 people max and is available in three -hour increments between the times listed below. Food is allowed but ONLY platter-style appetizers and finger food unless food is provided by the food truck on site. The Reservation Fee is $350 plus tax with no alcohol minimum purchase requirements. The headcount MUST be accurate, counts above 10 people in the party an additional charge could be applied. We do not offer any cancelations, all bookings are final.

Can we bring children to your brewery? Yes! We are very family friendly. Please remember you are responsible for your children and that you are watching over them for their well being, as well as keeping them within your eyesight at all times. Please remember to keep your children respectful to other guests as well.
Can we bring dogs to your brewery? Yes! We are very dog friendly. Please remember you are responsible for your dogs and that you are watching over them for their well being, as well as keeping them within your eyesight at all times. Please remember to keep your dogs respectful to other guests as well. All dogs must remain on a leash at all times.
Are we able to bring a cooler with water and juice boxes? No coolers or outside beverages are allowed in at any time. We have free filtered water available for our guests and we provide many alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages for our guests to choose from.
Are we allowed to bring our own food into your brewery? With a contracted reservation of rental space, you are allowed to bring in food from an outside, insured caterer only. Without a reservation, the only outside food allowed in is cake. Cake is also the only homemade food item allowed. We proudly offer many food selections from several kitchens on our property.
Are we allowed to bring our own alcoholic beverages in? No. No non-alcoholic beverages are not allowed in either.
Do I need a reservation? Depending on the date and time and the size of your party, you might not need a reservation. We have many outdoor tables on our property. If you have a party of more than 20 and don’t wish to make a reservation, a call ahead to our bar staff would be greatly appreciated. When you do have a contracted reservation with us, you are allowed to bring in outside food from insured caterers only. If you do not make a reservation with us, no outside food is allowed in, other than cake. Food can be purchased from our Brew Kitchen, or Windmill Cafe. No outside beverages of any kind are allowed at any time. Of course, any group can visit our Brewery at any time without a reservation, and we hope you do! Without a reservation, tables are available on a first come, first serve basis.
Are we allowed to decorate our rental space? Yes, you may bring in free standing items to put on table tops, balloons, banners, etc. You may not, however, use tape on our painted walls. Any form of glitter or confetti is prohibited.
Are the rental prices listed hourly? The prices seen in our automated, online booking system are not hourly. They are the whole price for the 3 hour rental.
How many tables are there in my rental space and what are the sizes? Our table count and sizes of the tables in our rental spaces can change from time to time. Please come by and visit your rental space to make note of your tables. You are welcome to take pictures.
Will there be a table for food and presents available in my rental area? Our Roost rental does have tables set aside specifically for food. With other rentals, you can use the tables included in your rental space for your food. Please do not bring additional tables to our indoor Fireside or Barrel Nook rentals.
Is there music/bands playing where our rental is or can we bring a Bluetooth speaker? We have live music playing throughout the weekend. The bands could be playing at one of several locations on our property at any given time. The location of the band is often a game day decision based on the weather. If you bring your own music, it would have to be played outside and at a volume so as not to disturb our live music or our other guests. The best place to find information about upcoming bands can be found on our social media accounts.
Can we bring games or activities for our kids to play? Sure, table games for inside and lawn games for outside are fine. We kindly ask that you remember to clean up when you leave.
Do you have cocktails or wine available if people do not like beer? Yes, our alcoholic beverages include beer, wine, ciders, seltzers and cocktails.
Are we able to rent an axe throwing lane for our rental party? Yes. Please call the Big Axe Barn 571/445-0583 or book online.
Can we arrive early to decorate? Yes, per the contract, you may arrive 30 minutes early to set up. Your space is unavailable before that time.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my rental? We will be keeping an eye on the weather in advance of your rental. In the case of severe weather, your event can be rescheduled. If the barstaff is able to relocate you to a better covered location, we will communicate with you the day before or the day of your event.
Can you store items for us a day in advance? Unfortunately we do not have the space or staff to watch over any items for any event in advance. When you arrive for your event, if you need to store your cake in the refrigerator, we can sometimes accommodate you at the time of your event.
I accidentally booked the wrong date, can I cancel? If you have an issue with your reservation please contact the events manager and he can alter your reservation. We do not offer refunds within 48 hours of your event. If you need to cancel, we can reschedule your event.
What kind of activities do you have for children? We have several playgrounds on our property. Please keep in mind that children need to be supervised at all times by their parents and/or guardians.
Can I bring extra chairs, tables? For outside Pad Site rentals, a couple of extra chairs or table is okay with your rental. Please do not exceed the headcount though.
Does our headcount include children? The headcount includes anyone taking up space and/or needing a chair.
Can I bring outside vendors? If you have a contracted reservation with us, you may use certain insured vendors. Please provide the events manager with the COI.
What kind of non alcoholic beverages do you have? We generally offer: Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, bottled water, seltzer water, iced tea, rootbeer, lemonade, apple juice, chocolate milk, Gatorade. Seasonally, we offer hot apple cider.
Do you have enough parking for my event? Yes, we have plenty of parking for large events.
How do I set up a tab? If you rent the Roost or have a rental with a private bar/bartender, one single credit card must be used to set up your tab and reach your beverage minimum. Once the minimum is reached, if you wish, the initial tab can be settled and the bar tab can continue with each guest paying his own way. If your rental does not have a private bar or bartender, if you would like to start a group tab for your event, please communicate with your bartender of how you would like to proceed.
Do you provide tablecloths, plates and utensils for my party? We do not. Please ask your caterers to provide or bring your own. If you have a rental and order food from our kitchen, we will provide utensils.
Who cleans up after my party? You will pick up any trash and remove decorations after your party. We have trash cans placed near your reservation that you may use. We ask that you take large items with you such as empty boxes and trays.
How much do drinks cost? Our prices can change at any time, but our non-alcoholic drinks are roughly $3, beers about $9, wine around $10 and cocktails about $11. Again, these prices are not set; just an estimate.
Can I choose what beers are on tap for my party? We offer many different types of drinks on tap. Our brewers and managers are constantly evaluating and moving kegs so that each bar has a varied assortment based on our supply and the season. Customers can not pick which kegs are tapped.
Can I change the times of my rental on the online automated reservation? Unfortunately, no. The times in the automated online reservation system are set.
Can I preorder food and drinks with my rental? In a short time you will be able to do so and will be prompted to order food while booking your rental online. In the meantime, we are not accepting any pre orders for drinks or food with rentals.
